Strategic repositioning reflects the firm's belief that better dealer execution—not simply more marketing—is the key to long-term network growth.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
GRAYSON, Georgia, June 26, 2026 – FAIN+TRIPP has introduced a new strategic positioning focused on helping manufacturers improve dealer-network growth through scalable marketing systems, dealer engagement and local execution support.
The positioning reflects the company’s belief that many manufacturers do not simply need more marketing materials. They need better systems for helping dealers execute.
FAIN+TRIPP’s approach is built around the Pathfinder Framework, a strategic model designed to help manufacturers identify and improve key areas of dealer-network performance. The framework focuses on four pathways: Dealer Performance, Dealer Growth, Dealer Experience and Dealer Intelligence.
“Dealer networks are where manufacturer strategy meets retail reality,” said Russ Tripp of FAIN+TRIPP. “A national campaign can be strong, but if dealers are not equipped to activate it locally, the opportunity is limited. Our focus is helping manufacturers close that gap.”
The new positioning reflects a broader shift in how FAIN+TRIPP serves clients. Rather than operating only as a project-based creative resource, the firm is developing programs and systems that help manufacturers support dealers more consistently across local marketing, retail presentation, promotional execution, media coordination and performance visibility.
The Pathfinder Framework is intended to help manufacturers ask better questions about their dealer networks, including:
How effectively are dealers executing available marketing programs?
Where are local activation opportunities being missed?
How consistent is the customer experience across the dealer network?
Which dealers need additional support?
What information would help manufacturers make better growth decisions?
FAIN+TRIPP believes these questions are becoming increasingly important as manufacturers face leaner internal teams, evolving customer buying behavior and greater pressure to show measurable value from marketing investment.
“Most agencies focus on producing marketing,” Tripp said. “We are focused on helping dealer networks perform better. Creative is still important, but execution is where growth happens.”
The company will expand on this positioning through its new News + Insights section, where it plans to publish ongoing articles, white papers and practical resources for manufacturers and dealer-network leaders.
